Our Approach to Care
We begin with a comprehensive, individualized Care Plan for each participant, developed upon admission and reviewed quarterly or as needed. Maintaining a 1:6 staff-to-participant ratio, our team—certified in CPR and first aid—delivers attentive, high-quality support. Specializing in care for those with conditions like Alzheimer's or dementia, we prioritize safety for all. Our protocols emphasize rigorous background checks, a zero-tolerance policy for hazards like weapons or substances, and comprehensive emergency preparedness, including monthly drills and an approved Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP). Daily activities occupy at least 60% of program time, customized to encourage enjoyment and growth. We facilitate self-administered medications under strict guidelines and uphold participant rights, including privacy, non-discrimination, and autonomy in decision-making.
